ICB Ministries exists to preach the Gospel, plant Bible-believing churches, and train faithful Christian workers in Puebla, Mexico and beyond. We are committed to reaching the lost, strengthening believers, and multiplying the work of Christ until every community has access to a sound, local church.
In 2001, Arturo and Nicole Muñoz arrived in Puebla, Mexico with a calling and a vision — to plant a church that would plant more churches. That first church, Iglesia Cristiana Bautista de Puebla, became the foundation for everything that followed. Over the past 24 years, ICB Ministries has grown to include 9 churches planted across Mexico and beyond, a K–12 Christian school now in its 10th year, a Bible institute training the next generation of pastors and ministry workers, a weekly hospital outreach, and an addiction recovery ministry. What started as one family's obedience to God's call has become a growing movement of churches, schools, and ministries touching thousands of lives across Puebla and beyond. We are just getting started.
